Design
What is the most preferred artwork format for pins?
Vector file in AI format works perfect. If you don’t have a vector file, JPG, PNG or PSD files of high-resolution are also accepted.
Will I receive an art proof before production?
Yes, we will send you a digital proof after receiving your order. Production begins only after we get your final approval of the artwork.
How long does it take to see the art proof?
Generally, it takes 1-2 workdays depending onthe currently workload of our designers.
Will there be any extra charge for artwork revisions?
We don’t charge any extra for artwork revisions. And our designers will help you to revise it until you are satisfied.
Which color system should I use for my artwork?
We highly recommend the use of Pantone colors (Solid Coated). You can mark all areas which need to be colored with Pantone color codes when creating your design. If it feels too much to you, you can just leave the work to us.
I don’t have a professional design. Could you help me still?
Designing a custom pin is quite simple with us. Send us a logo, a doodle or a few letters you need to show on the pin, and our designers will help you create a print-ready proof.

I have never ordered pins before. How do I start my order?
You can simply tell us your design ideas, and our professional sales rep will walk you through.
Is a minimum quantity required for custom orders?
We recommend at least 50 pcs for each design to keep the cost at a reasonable rate.
How can I get a quote?
Simply submit your design and let us know the quantity, and our professional team will give you our best offer.

Production & Lead Time
Can I see the sample before mass production?
Pre-production samples can be offered if required. Please just make sure to allow extra time for sampling, normally 7-10 workdays.
What is the production lead time?
Our production lead time is usually around 15 workdays after artwork approval. If you need your order urgently, be sure to tell our sales representative before placing the order.
Which pin attachment do you use for custom pins?
Most commonly used pin backs are rubber clutch and butterfly clutch. Additional attachment options such as jewelry clutch and safety pins are also available.
How will the pins be packed?
All pins are packed individually in poly bags unless required otherwise. Alternative packaging such as backing card is also available.

What payment options do you offer?
Credit card, Stripe, PayPal and wire transfer are accepted. Please contact us if you need to pay otherwise.
Do I need to pay for the same mold if I reorder in the future?
Every mold will be kept here for customers for 2 years. Therefore, you do not need to pay for the same mold for reorders.
How will you ship my order and how long does it take?
All orders are shipped via UPS, DHL or FedEx. And generally, shipping takes 3-5 business days. Please consult our sales rep if you need your order shipped by a specific courier, agency or even by sea.
